WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I have a NO REFUND/RETURN policy. Products will be replaced on a case by case basis upon verification sent via email: info@tharealperfectsynergy.com
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENTÂ OPTIONS?
I accept all major debit/credit cards through wix payments, Paypal, Zelle, and Cash app at live events. Zelle and Cashapp payments must be received and confirmed before your order is processed.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Once your order is placed, processing time is 2-3 business days with the exception of holidays, unless otherwise notified.
DO YOU ALLOW LOCAL PICKUP?
Pickup may be allowed if we are vending at a local event and you are in that area. If you do not show to claim your order and have not made contact for alternate arrangements, your order will be cancelled. Due to processing fees obtained upon the initial transaction, no refunds will be provided when your order is cancelled.
DO YOU ALLOW BULK/WHOLESALE ORDERS
Yes. At this time, only 5.5 oz tins and custom candles are eligible. A minimum purchase of that product type is required to be eligible for the wholesale discount. Minimum purchase amounts vary by product. Please contact info@tharealperfectsynergy.com for more information.
